THE KNEW BACKGROUND

Karen's background is a diverse mix of human resources, coaching, leadership development and talent management working for such diverse organization as Ford Motor Company, Ford Credit and Sears Holdings Corporation. Karen has worked in the Human Resources field for over 25 years and she specializes in working with a wide range of individuals from those who are early career professionals to the seasoned business executive. With this experience has come the innate ability to assess people, talent and organizations and has the ability to share her assessments in a non-threatening way.   Thus, making her approach light handed, fun and intuitive.

Karen further enhanced her skills in coaching by successfully completing the Ontological & Leadership Coaching Program, which is an accredited program under the International Coaching Federation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the District of Columbia, a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources  from Clark Atlanta University and is an Affiliate of Accomplishment Coaching.
